ISIS cells use a sound bomb to target a home of a citizen refused to pay them money

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an explosion was heard this evening in al-Busayrah city, it was caused by a sound bomb thrown by unknown people on a house of a citizen refused to pay money to unknown members, who threatened him several times.

Also, unknown gunmen threw an IED into his house and targeted the house with gunfire more than two months ago, and the Syrian Observatory monitored at the time that unknown persons believed to be of the cells of the “Islamic State” organization, threw a grenade on the home of one of the citizens in al-Busayrah town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after they threatened one of the family member in November 2019 to pay $10, 000, but he refused, and they targeted his house with a grenade.
