In conjunction with the ceasefire, a cautious calm prevails the “de-escalation” area and artillery shells target rural Idlib

For hours the calm has been prevailing the four sectors of “de-escalation” area, but this calm was interpreted by artillery shelling from time to time launched by the regime forces on factions’ controlled areas in Idlib countryside, and the Syrian Observatory monitored artillery shelling targeted Talmenes town, Marshourin, and Hish in Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside, but no information about casualties.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this afternoon rocket shelling by jihadi groups with 19 rocket shells on Al-Sabil Housing, Al-Neel Street, Al-Shahbaa Al-Jadidah and Al-Khalidyah in the western part of Aleppo city which is under control of the regime forces, which increased the death toll of three civilians, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of five injuries including two children at least.

SOHR sources reported that regime helicopters threw leaflets read on the western countryside of Aleppo calling upon the residents there to head to the crossings that the regime and the Russians opened in Al-Hbit, Abu Al-Duhur and Al-Hader.
