Regime forces renew shelling on the “de-escalation” zone targeting villages in Sahl Al-Ghab

Cautious calm has been prevailing in the “de-escalation” zone, intercepted by several shells fired by the regime forces on Al-Hawija and Jesr Bayt al-Ras in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama. No information was reported about casualties.

Regime forces continue to violate the cautious calm by firing missiles intermittently on Ma’rat al-Numan and its countryside in particular, while jihadist groups targeted regime forces-controlled in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Latakia.

Hours ago, SOHR sources reported that the regime forces renewed rocket shelling on areas in Maarrat Al-Nu’man city, and the towns and villages of Tal Mannas, Kafr Sajna, Rakaya, Babilla and Al-Jaradah in rural Idlib, Khan Al-Asal, Jam’eyyat Al-Kahrabaa, Al-Mansourah and Kafr Dael in the western countryside of Aleppo.

Jihadi factions fired several shells on Al-Hader area that is under control of the Syrian regime in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

Separately, SOHR sources could confirm that the news circulated on the regime media outlets for the second consecutive day, about the exit of civilians from jihadis and factions’ controlled areas to the regime-held areas via the safe passages opened by Russia, are completely false.

In connection to this, regime helicopters flew over the southern countryside of Idlib and threw leaflets like they did on Sunday in the western countryside of Aleppo.

The leaflets calls upon the civilians to leave the areas under control of the factions and head to regime controlled areas.
