Member of Maabatli Police found dead, two days after being kidnapped in rural Aleppo

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: activists told the Syrian Observatory that the body of a member of “Maabatli Police” from Kaljibrin town in the north of Aleppo, was found today with marks of gunshots on it, near Tal Batal village in the countryside of the Turkish-controlled city of Al-Bab.

It is noteworthy that he was kidnapped on Monday from Ihtemaylat area.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that gunmen abducted a woman from her home in Ma’arkasa village in Sharan district of Afrin, after her house was raided by an armed group, without knowing the abductors’ identity or the reasons for the kidnapping.
