Jihadist groups launch a new rocket attack on Aleppo city neighborhoods killing three people, including one child
Aleppo Governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Syrian Observatory sources report that rocket-propelled grenades fired by jihadist groups fell on areas in Aleppo al-Jadida neighborhood and Jamiyet Al-Zahra’a in the western part of Aleppo city controlled by regime forces. The attack killed one child and two women, and injured others to various degrees, and caused material damage to civilian’s property.
On January 19, SOHR documented the death of a civilian by jihadists shelling on Aleppo Al-Jadida neighborhood. The Syrian Observatory also documented the death of another civilian on the 17th of the same month as a result of a similar bombardment hit the vicinity of Jamiyet Al-Zahra neighborhood.
On Thursday, Syrian Observatory reported the death of eight civilians, including a child and a woman, 25 others were injured, as a result of a rocket attack carried out by jihadist groups on Al-Sukkari neighborhood, in the eastern part of Aleppo city controlled by regime forces.
