In 4 days of continuous battles in Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside, 298 members of the regime and factions have been killed

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented today the death of two citizens in rocket shelling targeted Kafrlateh in Jabal al-Arba’in in rural Idlib.

Meanwhile, violent clashes continues in areas in Maarrat al-Nu’man city, while violent clashes are taking place in Hish front south of Idlib, in an attempt by the regime forces to advance in the area, amid intense heavy shelling on the area, while 14 members of the jihadi factions were killed in these clashes.

Syrian Observatory activists have documented more casualties in both warring forces since the ground offensive began on Friday evening. 121 jihadis among 151 opposition fighters were killed so far, in addition to the killing of 147 regime soldiers and loyalists.

In connection to this, Russian jets executed 63 raids targeting Maarrat Al-Nu’man city, Kafruma, Hass and Kafr Nubl.

Also regime forces targeted Ariha, Jabal Al-Zawiya and other areas in both Aleppo and Idlib countryside with 59 airstrikes.

For their part, helicopters dropped 55 barrel bombs on the western and southern countryside of Aleppo, Maarrat Al-Nu’man and Jabal Al-Arba’in in Idlib countryside.
