Fearing of a Turkish interfering, a Large-scale displacement from Abu Rasin after removing the Russian flags

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has just monitored a large deplanement from Abu Rasin (Zarkan) area, Kasra, and Dahr al-Arab, after the Russian forces took down their flags from areas of deployment of the regime forces, amid fears of a Turkish incursion into the area; as part of the movements of Turkish Forces and the “national army” loyal to them in the area of Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) countryside.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights had just published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a Russian military delegation headed this morning to “Olukah” area to inspect the water project that feeds al-Hasaka province with water, but the Turkish Forces prevented them from entering it amid information that the Turkish Forces opened fire in the air to force the Russians to retreat, this shows the increased differences between the Russian and Turkish parties, which began to appear in public with the repeated attempts of targeting the Russian base of Hmeimim.

Reliable sources said that the Russian delegation after returning to its area in “Abu Rasin” (Zarkan) front, and they removed all Russian flags that were raised on the front along with the flags of the regime forces; which have been raised over the deployment points of the regime forces in the area extending from Kasra to the borders of Tal Tamr.
