Turkey sends new military reinforcement and nearly 6500 Turkish soldiers deployed in the “de-escalation” zone in less than 10 days

Syrian Observatory activists reported seeing a new Turkish military column crossing into Syria this evening via Kafr Lusin crossing. the column of 200 military vehicles carrying tanks and military and logistical supplies, headed towards the “de-escalation” zone.

On the other hand, Russian jets bombarded areas nearby the column in Ibbin, west of Aleppo. no information about casualties has been reported so far.

Reliable sources have informed SOHR that the Turkish forces are setting up a new military post on the road between Al-Jinah and Al-Atareb in the western countryside of Aleppo.

During the period between February 2 and today, SOHR activists monitored the entry of more than 1650 trucks and military vehicles to the Syrian territory, including tanks, personnel carriers, armored vehicles, mobile bulletproof guard booths and military radars. Meanwhile the number of Turkish soldiers who were deployed during the same period in Idlib and Aleppo reached nearly 6500.
