Clashes erupt between Turkish-backed factions and al-Bab military council leaving casualties, west of Al-Bab

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory: Violent clashes took place in the last few hours, between Turkish-backed factions on one side, and the military council of Al-Bab on the other, on the frontline of Hazwan, west of the city of Al-Bab, northeast of Aleppo, accompanied by exchange of fire. Confirmed casualties were reported on both sides.

Yesterday, Syrian Observatory sources reported that artillery shelling carried out by Turkish-backed factions and Turkish forces stationed at their bases north of Aleppo, targeting the village of “Bashmara” in the district of Shirawa within areas of Kurdish forces’ deployment in northern Aleppo. No casualties were reported to date.
On February 6, the Syrian Observatory also monitored artillery shelling by Turkish-backed factions on Al-Shahba dam and Tal Madiq in al-Shahba areas in northern Aleppo countryside, No casualties were reported so far.
