As offensive continue west of Aleppo, faction fighters detonate a car-bomb, while 100 airstrikes carried out by Russian jets today

A suicide bomber belongs to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham detonated himself in a booby-trapped vehicle at a gathering of the regime forces in Sheikh Ali area in the western countryside of Aleppo, while the factions carried out a counteroffensive on several positions in the western countryside of Aleppo, which are considered as strategic areas through which they provide protection for the international “M5” road and Aleppo – Bab al-Hawa road.
Meanwhile, the factions were able to destroy a cannon in al-Atibba’a area west of Aleppo, after being targeted by a guided missile, amid information about achieving progress and restoring control of areas they lost today.

In the same context, the Russian warplanes carried out 97 airstrikes targeting al-Atareb, Sheikh Ali, Kafr Amma, Urem al-Kubra, Kafrnaha, Kafrtal, As’ous, al-Jinah, Rif al-Mohandesin the 2nd in Aleppo countryside, and Maarat al-Na’asan and areas near Aleppo – Bab al-Hawa in Idlib countryside.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this afternoon a counter-attack carried out by factions and jihadi groups, on positions of the regime in the areas of Kafr Halab and Miznaz in the western countryside of Aleppo, where violent clashes are taking place between both parties, in conjunction with intense shelling carried out by the Turkish Forces who are positioned on Maarrat al-Na’asan.
