Turkish forces bring in new military column to positions in Sher Maghar area, west of Hama

Activists told the Syrian Observatory that a new Turkish military column entered into Syrian territory. Military vehicles entered on Monday morning and headed towards the Turkish post in Sher Maghar in western countryside of Hama.

Yesterday, the Syrian Observatory reported that a Turkish column entered from Kafr Losin crossing, consisting of 60 different military vehicles, including artillery and tanks, while Turkish vehicles were stationed in the border town of Sarmada with Iskenderun region. At a time where regime forces and loyalists made advance in western Aleppo, tightening the siege of the largest towns in northwest of Aleppo city.

The Syrian Observatory had mentioned the locations where Turkish forces are stationed in “Putin-Erdogan” area. The number of Turkish posts in “de-escalation” zone reached 34 posts, (Salwa, Qalaat Semaan, Al-Sheikh Aqeel, Tal al-Ais, Tal Touqan, Sarman, Jabal Anadan, Al-Zaytouna, Murk, Rashidin Janoubya, Sher Maghar and Ishtabraq. In addition to new posts, (Anadan, Al Rashidin, Ma’arhatat, three posts in Saraqeb, Tarnabeh, Al-Nayrab, Al-Mughir, Qminas, Sarmin, Taftanaz airport, Ma’rat Al-Na’asan, Al-Jina, Kafr Karmin, Twameh, regiment 111, Al-Mastuma camp, Tarmanin, Al-Atarib, Dara Izza and Sarmda).
