Turkish forces and factions attack Al-Nayrab town with rockets amid anticipation of launching new ground offensive

The Syrian Observatory monitored intensive and violent rocket fire carried out by Turkish forces and factions on regime forces positions in the town of Al-Nayrab in Idlib countryside, with a build-up of Turkish and factions in the outskirts of Qominas and Sarmin, amid anticipation of launching a new ground military operation in Al-Nayrab, after it had launched a similar operation a few days ago led to temporary takeover of the town, which was quickly recaptured by regime forces.

Meanwhile, regime jets bombed areas near Qominas, Tal Msybeen and near the city of Ariha, while Russian jets renewed their bombardment on Shahranaz and Horta in Jabal Shahshabo.

The Syrian Observatory reported earlier that intensive rocket fire continued on areas in al-Atareb, Dara Izza, west of Aleppo, Kafr Nabl, and Hass and near Al-Dana, in addition to the city of Jisr al-Shughour and the town of Bdama.

While Russian jets continued airstrikes on areas near Dara Izza and Al-Atareb in western rural Aleppo countryside.

The Syrian Observatory documented the death of a civilian as a result of ground bombardment carried out by regime forces yesterday evening on al-Atareb in western rural Aleppo.
