Syrian Observatory activists reported hearing a number of explosions in the capital Damascus and its countryside. According to SOHR sources the explosions were caused by Israeli bombardment targeted positions of Iranian-backed militias in the perimeter of Damascus international airport. Air defenses intercepted several “hostile” targets.
