Nearly 20 Russian military vehicles set off from Al-Qamishli city towards Tal Tamer area, north of Hasakeh

Activists told the Syrian Observatory that nearly 20 Russian military vehicles of armored vehicles and trucks set off Monday morning from the city of Al-Qamishli through Al- Darbasiya and Abu Rasin to the area of Tal Tamer in northern countryside of Al-Hasakeh.

Yesterday, SOHR reported that military reinforcement of regime forces arrived in the village of Saba Jafar in Ain Issa countryside, north of Raqqa, where a column, consisting of 120 vehicles, including dozens of tanks, arrived in the area.

The Syrian Observatory also monitored yesterday artillery shelling carried out by regime forces, targeting Turkish-backed factions north of the town of Ain Issa, north of Raqqa.
