Turkish drones shell regime’s 47th brigade and regime anti-aircraft systems at Hama military airport try to intercept

SOHR sources say that explosions have been heard at Hama military airport, this evening, caused by regime air defenses and anti-aircraft missiles repelling attacks carried out by Turkish drones targeting 47th brigade in Hama countryside.

Observatory sources have said that an object has been seen falling from the sky. It remained unclear whether regime air defenses shot down a Turkish drone. No casualties have been reported to date.

The Syrian Observatory monitored earlier the flying of Turkish drones, bombing regime forces positions in southern idlib countryside, as military operations continued there.

SOHR sources reported this afternoon that Turkish drones consecutively shelled the military airport of Al-Nayrab, and southern and eastern countryside of Idlib.

SOHR sources reported earlier this day that Turkish forces shot down two regime Sukhoi 24 jets while flying over Idlib countryside. The two jets fell on regime-held areas in Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside and Jabal Al-Zawiyah after being hit with missiles believed to be air-to-air fired by Turkish F-16 fighters flying over Syria border with Iskenderun region.
