Turkish drones kill 19 regime soldiers, the death toll of regime forces and loyalists rises to 93 in less than 72 hours

The Syrian Observatory documented yesterday the killing of at least 19 regime soldiers in attacks carried out by Turkish drones targeting their positions in Jabal al-Zawiya and Al-Hamidia camp in Idlib countryside.

On February 29, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of 26 regime soldiers and loyalists as Turkish drones targeted regime forces positions in Idlib and Aleppo countryside.

This brings the death toll of regime forces to 93 in less than 72 hours.

The Syrian Observatory has also documented the killing of ten Lebanese Hezbollah members in idlib countryside, and four others of militias afailited with Hezbollah, including an officer in Iran’s Revolutionary Guard.

Regime forces have also been targeted near M5 road by Turkish artillery carried out by ground forces deployed there.

On February 28, the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of a Turkish soldier and the wounding of six others in artillery shelling carried out by regime forces targeting Turkish forces gatherings near Taftanaz and Ma’arat al-Na’asan towns, east of Idlib. 34 Turkish soldiers were killed earlier in airstrikes on their position in the area between Al-Bara and Billion.
