With Turkish artillery support, the factions carry out a violent attack in Aleppo western ‎countryside and more than 150 airstrikes target “Putin-Erdogan” area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this evening a violent shelling by the Turkish artillery targeting the towns of Qebtan al-Jabal, Anjarah, Sheikh Aqeel, and Kafr Halab in the western countryside of Aleppo, while violent clashes are taking place ‎in these areas between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and between the rebel and Islamic and Jihadi factions, amid shelling by the Russian warplanes targeted the supply routes and nearby towns.

The regime forces had opened two fronts in Idlib countryside, Saraqib area and the southern Idlib countryside area ‎and its connected west Sahl al-Ghab.

Thus, the front of the western countryside of Aleppo is the third front in the “de-escalation” area.

The Syrian Observatory learned that the participating factions are Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the al-Wataniya Front, and the “al-Jaysh al-Watani” factions.

In the same context, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes rose to 62, mainly targeted areas of Saraqib and the southern countryside of Idlib.

The number of raids carried out by regime warplanes also increased to 95.
