Turkish forces and loyal factions launch artillery shell targeting areas in Tal Tamr and Tal Abyad

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored today ‎ artillery shelling by the Turkish forces and their loyal factions, targeted Salibi village west of Tal Abyad city‎ in al-Raqqah countryside.

In the same context, the Turkish-backed factions launched mortar shells around Om al-Kief village north of Tal Tamr town ‎ in al-Hasakah countryside.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored on the 28th of February ‎2020 that the Turkish forces in the military post in Al-Daoudiyah village of Abu Rasin town fired several artillery shells targeting Um Al-Keif and Dardara villages and other areas in Tal Tamr countryside. SOHR activists reported seeing Turkish military mobilizations in Al-Daoudiyah and the area between Bab Al-Khir and Um Ishbah villages.

On February 27, SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces and their proxies shelled Um Keif village in the northern countryside of Tal Tamr with artillery. No casualties were reported about.
