Turkish forces expand attacks on Syrian regime, targeting its positions in Al-Derbasiya countryside near Turkey’s border

The Syrian Observatory has monitored a rocket attack carried out by Turkish forces stationed inside Turkish territory near the border with Syria, targeting regime forces position in the border village of Hawashia in Al-Derbasiya countryside, north of Hasakeh. Regime forces resonded to Turkish forces fire.

No casualties have been reported to date. This incident is the first of its kind since regime forces deployed along the border with Turkey about three months ago.

Yesterday, The Syrian Observatory monitored a rocket attack carried out by Turkish-backed factions, stationed in the village of Tal Mohammed, on the village of Rabiat in Ras al-Ain countryside.

Turkish forces and proxy factions shelled the town of Abu Rassin hosting regime forces. No casualties have been reported.
