With Turkish support, the factions control a village in Aleppo countryside and regime forces advance west Saraqib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today violent clashes in areas at the western countryside of Aleppo, where the factions (with support from the Turkish ground shelling) are trying to regain control of areas they lost days ago.

The factions were able to completely control Sheikh Aqeel village, while they are carrying out an attack to take control of Qebtan al-Jabal village and other areas in the western countryside of Aleppo.

In the same context, the regime and militiamen loyal to them have advanced and controlled large parts of Aafes village northwest of Saraqib city, after violent clashes against the rebel and jihadi factions, while the violent clashes are still taking place in several areas in the western countryside of Saraqib.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented casualties in the ranks of both parties of the clashes after heavy ground and air shelling and violent clashes, where at least 21 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed on Wednesday, including 10 members killed by Turkish shelling, also 28 fighters were killed and 18 of them were of the jihadi groups.
