Opposition factions break siege imposed on Turkish observation post in rural Aleppo

Syrian Observatory sources say that opposition factions achieved further advance by capturing Tallat Al-Raqem, where a Turkish observation post is located, and Al-Sheikh Oqayl village in the west Aleppo countryside, breaking the siege imposed on the Turkish post.

On the other hand, fierce clashes are taking place between regime forces and loyalists on one hand, and opposition rebels and jihadis on the other, in the western parts of Saraqeb city, Afes village, Shabour and Trenbeh.

Separately, rebel factions thwarted two successive attacks by regime forces on Al-Haddadah in the northern countryside of Latakia, along with intensive shelling on rural latakia with artillery.

Meanwhile, the number of today’s airstrikes carried out by regime jets, rose to 24.

For their part, Russian jets executed 72 raids today, targeting Jabal Al-Zawiyah, Saraqeb countryside and Ariha in Idlib countryside, and Sahl Al-Ghab in Hama countryside.
