Unidentified gunmen assassinate commander in “Jaish al-Islam” and civilian in north-eastern Aleppo

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that a body belonging to an unidentified young man has been found on al-Ra’i road in northeast Aleppo countryside, killed by unidentified gunmen.

This incident comes in light of proliferation of arms in the areas held by Turkish-backed “Euphrates Shield” factions in northern Aleppo countryside,

Similarly, activists have told SOHR that two gunmen on a motorcycle assassinated a commander’s group in “Jaish al-Islam” by shooting him on a side road in the city of Al-Bab northeast of Aleppo, killing him instantly.
