Backed by U.S. forces, SDF renews security crackdown storming areas east of Deir ez-Zor

Deir ez-Zor Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

Reliable source have informed SOHR that a joint force of American forces and anti-terrorism forces of the Syrian Democratic Forces raided the area of Al-Harraqat on the outskirts of Al-Taggihi, east of Deir ez-Zor, arresting a civilian and his 10-year-old brother without knowing the charges brought against them. While their third brother died after hiding out in an oil barrel for fear of arrest.

It is noteworthy that the three brothers are displaced from Al-Boleel in eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, which is controlled by regime forces.

Moreover, the Syrian Democratic Forces raided at dawn today the house of a person in the town of Gharanij in eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, arresting him after finding machine guns in his place. It is worth mentioning that the person raised the Syrian regime flag in the town at night.
