After regime forces’ reinforcements arrive in the vicinity of Ayn Issa, thousands of members of the Turkish-backed factions enter Tal Abyad

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today the transfer of some 6,000 fighters of Turkish-backed factions to Tal Abyad countryside north of al-Raqqah to fight there.

Sources of the Syrian Observatory said that the fighters are living in poor conditions in the presence of tens of the factions that looted and stole those areas.

Reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory, on the 24th of February 2020 that the Syrian regime forces which are taking position in the vicinity of Ayn Issa town, have set up their artillery pointing them towards the areas that are controlled by the Turkish Forces and the factions loyal to them north of Ayn Issa in rural al-Raqqah.

The Syrian Observatory monitored on the 23rd of February 2020 that SOHR sources monitored the arrival of a column of 120 vehicles, including tens of tanks, in Sab’ Jaffar village in Ain Issa countryside in the north of Al-Raqqah, as a part of large reinforcement sent by regime forces to the area.
