Cautious calm prevails “Putin – Erdogan” area and minor violations take place as warplanes have been away for 21 hours

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes using machineguns between the factions and the regime forces, in Flifel area in the southern countryside of Idlib, but these clashes ended a few minutes later.

The Syrian Observatory monitored explosions were heard in Latakia countryside caused by targeting by the air defenses at Hmeimim Airbase for drones were flying in the airspace of the area.

Thus, 21 consecutive hours have passed without any significant violations.

Also, the cautious calm have been prevailing “Putin – Erdogan” area which is extending from Latakia countryside until Aleppo, where warplanes of the regime and the Russians have been away from the atmosphere of the area since the new ceasefire came into effect in the middle of last night.

The ground shelling also has stopped completely after areas in Idlib countryside witnessed in the first hours of the ceasefire some violations such as the fall of shells, targeting, and clashes.
