Body of a young man found under the rubble of his home in Idlib countryside and tense calm continues in “Putin-Erdogan” area

The Syrian Observatory documented yesterday the death of a young man whose body was found by rescue teams under the rubble of his home in the town of Sarmin, weeks after he was killed in an airstrike by Russian jets.

Meanwhile, tense calm continued throughout the Putin-Erdogan area with stoppage of Russian and regime airstrikes for 27 hours.

On the other hand, Activists told SOHR that a loud explosion was heard in western countryside of Aleppo, caused by an explosion of remnants of war and ammunition depots that opposition factions were unable to withdraw them before they pulled out from the area. While drones flew over the area.

On Sunday morning, SOHR sources reported that regime forces withdrew from the villages of Ma’arat Mokhiss and Al-Burij near Kafra Nabl after capturing them on Saturday without resistance.

The withdrawal came after intensive shelling carried out by opposition factions and jihadist groups on Sunday morning.
