After one week of cautious calm in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, the Turkish forces shell a village in Manbij countryside and injure a woman

A woman had several wounds as a result of artillery shelling by the Turkish forces, targeted Arab Hassan Kabir village northwest of Manbij city.

It worth mentioning that the area has been witnessing a cautious calm for a week.

The Syrian Observatory monitored on the 1st of March 2020 that the Turkish forces and proxy factions have shelled today the positions of Al-Bab Military Council, regime forces and the perimeter of the Russian base in Al-Arima town, as well as civilian homes in the town of Al-Aramia and Al-Awsajli village, causing significant material damage, and forcing civilians to flee towards Manbij city.

The Syrian Observatory monitored earlier a rocket attack carried out by Turkish forces on areas in Al-Arima, Khalidiya, Al-Kaukli, Yalni, Jab al-Hamra, which are controlled by Manbij Military Council and regime forces in western countryside of Manbij.

According Observatory sources, the shelling on Al-Arima targeted the headquarters of Russian Forces and the headquarters of the Internal Security Forces. No casualties have been reported.
