Turkish border police “Jandarma” shoot dead a civilian from Idlib while attempting to cross into Turkey
Syrian Observatory activists have documented the killing of a young man from Muqqah village in the southern countryside of Idlib after being shot by Turkish Jandarma, while he was attempting to cross into the Turkish territory from the side of Iskendrun region.
It is noteworthy that the victim’s five siblings were killed previously (four of them were killed in earlier Russian aerial bombardment on Idlib countryside, while the fifth was killed in the regime’s prisons years ago).
According to Syrian Observatory statistics, the number of Syrian civilians who have been killed by the Turkish Jandarma since the beginning of the Syrian Revolution, has risen to 446 including 78 children under the age of eighteen and 44 females over the age of eighteen.
