Turkish forces renew rocket attacks on SDF and regime-held areas north Al-Raqqah

SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces fired several rockets this afternoon, targeting areas in Qaz’ali village, south-west of Tal Abyad in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. The village is under control of regime forces and Syria Democratic Forces. No casualties have been reported so far.

On Friday, Observatory sources monitored shelling with heavy weapons by Turkish forces and proxy factions, targeting regime forces positions and civilian areas in Kobarlik, Abdi Koi, Qazali and Huriyah, west of Tal Abyad city in northern Raqqa province.

On March 11, the Syrian Observatory monitored artillery shelling carried out by Turkish forces on the village of Al-Mashirfa, east of Ain Issa, targeting regime forces positions. No casualties were reported.
