Tense calm prevails in the “de-escalation zone” after nearly ten regime soldiers and jihadis killed or injured yesterday

Syrian Observatory activists have reported that cautious calm is prevailing in the area of “Putin – Erdogan” as the new ceasefire enters its 13th consecutive day.

This calm comes after several violations in the “de-escalation zone” yesterday. SOHR sources documented yesterday further casualties due to clashes on the frontlines of Al-Fatira and southern countryside of Idlib. Four regime soldiers and loyalists were killed and others were injured, while attempting to infiltrate on Al-Fatira frontline.

A fighter of jihadist faction was also killed and four other rebels were injured during the same clashes which lasted for hours, while regime forces were unable to recover the bodies of the dead.
