Unidentified gunmen attack SDF military posts in Deir ez-Zor countryside

SOHR sources have reported this evening that unidentified gunmen attacked with machine guns the posts of the Syrian Democratic Forces on the bridge of Al-Busayrah city in eastern countryside of Deir al-Zour. No casualties were reported to date.

Reliable sources have informed the Syrian Observatory that SDF arrested a young man in Al-Shi’itat area in rural Deir ez-Zor, where he admitted during the investigation helping other people to blow up a booby-trapped motorcycle in Makif Al-Sha’itat “sheep market” in mid-2019, which led to the death of two children. The young man also admitted that he and his group were working for the regime forces and receiving instructions from them.
