IEDs go off in Turkish military column on M4 leaving many casualties

SOHR activists say that two IEDs exploded in a Turkish military column on Aleppo-Latakia international highway (M4), near Muhambal village in Sahl Al-Rouj in western Idlib. According to SOHR sources, the explosions left many Turkish soldiers injured and unconfirmed reports suggested that at least one soldier has been killed.

After this attack, military columns affiliated to the “National Liberation Front” and “Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham” headed to the place where the explosions took place, as Turkish troops were sweeping the area. Finger of blame is pointed at al-Qaeda-affiliated “Hurras al-Din”.
