Regime forces and opposition factions exchange fire as tense calm continues in “Putin-Erdogan” area
SOHR sources say that regime forces shelled Al-Fatira village in jabal al-Zawiya with several shells, while rebels and jihadist factions targeted regime forces’ positions in rural Latakia and Idlib. No casualties have been reported.
Apart from that, tense calm prevails in “Putin-Erdogan” area as the new ceasefire enters its 15th consecutive day.
On the other hand, Turkish forces conducted the second military patrol on Aleppo-Latakia road. Observatory sources added that protesters blocked the roads with soil barriers after most of these barriers were removed yesterday evening by Turkish vehicles.
