Clashes south of Idlib leave casualties while Russian drones fly over “Putin-Erdogan” area 

The Syrian Observatory has monitored, this evening, sporadic clashes with heavy machine guns on Hazarin frontline in Idlib countryside, took place between opposition factions and jihadists on one side, and regime forces and loyalists on the other. Three regime soldiers were killed and others were injured while attempting to infiltrate to factions’ position.

The Syrian Observatory has monitored the flight of Russian reconnaissance planes over the area of “Putin-Erdogan”.

Meanwhile, regime forces shelled Al-Fatira village with several artillery shells.

SOHR sources reported earlier that opposition factions operating in southern rural Idlib, targeted regime tank on Hazarin frontline.

Apart from that, tense calm continued throughout “Putin-Erdogan” area on its 17th day, interspersing with exchanging fire and shells on the frontlines.
