Emirs of Tahrir al-Sham own a chain of restaurants in Idlib city

HTS controls most of the public facilities in Idlib, including service, education and investment, creating an excellent opportunity for the emirs’ money investing in several areas, exempting from taxes and other advantages.

Dozens of restaurants, amusement parks, cafeterias and cafés are belonging to them and considered good places for their investments, including “Disneyland, Kentucky and Al-Andalus”. According to Observatory sources, the property belongs to the emir of Hama and another person named Abu Zubair al-Andalusi. They were able to make huge wealth through illegal trades, taking advantage of Tahrir al-Sham’s influnce, such as cigarette and arms smuggling, as well as making money from crossings and checkpoints.
