A senior commander in Ahrar al- Sham killed in Idlib’s clashes, and the Nusra and other Islamic factions advance towards the city

Idlib Province: The violent clashes between the Nusra Front, Jund al- Aqsa, Ahrar al- Sham Movement and other Islamic factions against the regime forces and allied militiamen are still taking places in the vicinity of the city of Idlib, where Ahrar al- Sham and the other Islamic factions could re-take 4 checkpoints back. The Nusra Front detonated a booby- trapped vehicle in the vicinity of the city today rising the number of vehicles that have been detonated since yesterday to 4. The clashes resulted in the death of 3 fighters from the battalions, including one of the senior commander in Ahrar al- Sham Movement, while others were wounded, and information reported new advancement for the Nusra and other Islamic factions. Other clashes are taking place between the regime forces, backed by NDF, against the Nusra front and Islamic factions in the vicinity of the two towns of al- Go’ah and Kefraya.

 

A suspected ground- to- ground missiles launched by the regime forces landed on the town of Korin leading to injure some people and initial information about deaths.

 

The helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the village of al- Sheikh Mustafa in the south of Idlib, city of Khan Sheikhoun and outskirts of the town of Ma’arret Tahrmah.
