ISIS resurgence: IED explosion targets SDF military vehicle and leaves casualties
Deir ez-Zor province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
SOHR sources say that two members of SDF were killed and another was injured as a result of an improvised explosive device explosion planted by Islamic State cells, targeting a military vehicle yesterday in Dhiban area near Al-Omar oil field in Deir ez-Zor countryside.
The number of fighters, civilians, oil workers and officials in service agencies who were assassinated in four provinces: Aleppo, Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in northeastern Aleppo province, which is controlled by SDF, increased to 468 persons.
The Syrian Observatory documented the assassination of 151 civilians by armed cells, including eight children and six women in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, Al-Hasakah countryside, Raqqa city and countryside and Manbij, in addition to the assassination of 311 fighters of SDF, including local leaders in the same areas, while four members of the International Coalition were killed, dozens of wounded were also reported by SOHR as a result of those assassinations.
