Nearly 20 shops looted during curfew imposed in Hama city
Hama Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: more than 20 cloths and household appliances shops were looted in Al-Souq Al-Tawil and Al-Debagha neighborhood in Hama city. The shops were looted while the area’s people were at home complying with the curfew imposed by regime authorities as a part of precautionary measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
It is noteworthy that the Syrian soldiers are excluded from this curfew, so the robbery is suggested to be caused by regime forces and loyalists or regime’s ally forces, since they are the only ones allowed to roam in the area during the curfew.
