Turkish-backed commander killed in SDF rocket attack north of Al-Raqqah

SOHR sources say that clashes are underway between Turkish-backed factions and Syria Democratic Forces, following an attack by the factions on frontline of Hawashana village in Ain Issa countryside, north of Al-Raqqah city. It is worth noting that SDF repelled the factions’ attack.

Separately, a military commander of the Turkish-backed faction “Suleiman Shah” was killed with another fighter after targeting his vehicle with a rocket fired by SDF.

In March 28, SOHR sources reported that clashes erupted between Turkish-backed factions and Syria Democratic Forces near Sayda town.

Meanwhile, Turkish forces shelled Al-Dabas village overlooking the M4 highway, west of Ain Issa township in northern Al-Raqqah.
