IED explosion targets member of security forces “Al-Asayish” leaves only material damage

Deir ez-Zor governorate – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR activists say that an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded today targeting a car of a member in “Al-Asayish” while his car was passing on the outskirts of Al-Sabha village in eastern countryside of Deir al-Zour, causing material damage.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported hearing a loud explosion in SDF-held city of Al-Busayrah in eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, caused by detonating a booby-trapped motorcycle at the entrance of the city’s outdoors market.

The explosion was supposed to target a military vehicle but the bomb-motorcycle went off before the arrival of the intended target.

A little girl and a woman injured in the explosion and they were taken to a hospital in the area.
