Clashes break out in the countryside of Homs

Homs Province: The regime forces opened fire from their heavy machine- guns on areas in the neighborhood of al- Wa’er in the city of Homs. They also shelled places in al- Holi area in the north of Homs.

 

Clashes erupted between the regime forces and allied militiamen against the rebel and Islamic battalions near Jazal area in the east of Homs. Other clashes took place between IS and the regime forces in the east of Homs near the village of al- Msherfah with information about casualties on both sides.

 

Sounds of explosions heard in the vicinity of the key airbase of T4 in the east of Homs with no information about the nature and circumstances of these explosions.

 

Hama Province: A child from the town of Aqrab died due to the regime shelling on places in the town. An electricity worker killed by a sniper shot in the countryside of the city of Salameyyi.  

 

The helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the village of Atshan in the east of Hama causing material damages.

 

The rebel factions targeted al- Zallaqeyyat checkpoint with no information about casualties.

 

The regime forces shelled and opened fire areas in the town of Allatamnah.
