Police teams dismantle an IED in Azaz, north of Aleppo

Aleppo Governorate – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that residents found an improvised explosive device in a valise near the women and children’s hospital in the city of Azaz, which is controlled by Turkish forces and proxy factions in northern Aleppo countryside. The specialized police teams immediately dismantled it before it exploded.

Syrian Observatory activists documented this morning the death of a commander in the Turkish-backed faction of “Sultan Murad”, after targeting his vehicle with an IED yesterday in Al-Bab city in north-eastern countryside of Aleppo.

SOHR activists reported hearing a loud explosion in Al-Bab city, east of Aleppo, caused by an improvised explosive device targeting a vehicle near Fatima al-Zahra mosque, seriously injuring a Turkish-backed security officer.
