Regime forces attempt to infiltrate into rural Aleppo and opposition factions repel 

The Syrian Observatory has monitored sporadic clashes between Islamist and jihadist factions on one side, and regime forces on the other, following an attempt by regime forces to infiltrate into Kafr Ta’al frontline in western Aleppo countryside.

SOHR activists reported that regime forces fired several rockets yesterday, targeting Al-Haddadah area in Latakia mountains, Al-Bara town, Sfuhen and Fatera in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in southern countryside of Idlib. This development comes as part the ongoing violations of the ceasefire on the 37th consecutive day, while aerial operations are still suspended.

The Syrian Observatory has documented the killing of a fighter in opposition faction on frontlines with regime forces in southern Idlib countryside.
