Dozens of Russian vehicles move from Manbij to Ain Al-Arab (Kobani)

SOHR activists have reported seeing large Russian military column heading from Manbij area in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo towards Ain Al-Arab city (Kobani) in the same countryside. The column, which contained tens of military vehicles, was escorted by a Russian helicopter flying at low altitude.

On April 6, Observatory sources confirmed that Russian and Turkish forces conducted a new joint patrol in east Euphrates region. The patrol started from Ashmah village in the countryside of Ain Al-Arab city (Kobani) and toured villages west of the city.

It was the first Russian-Turkish joint patrol to be conducted in the area in April.
