Intensive Turkish bombardment hits villages in rural Abu Rasin (Zarkan)

Syrian Observatory activists have reported that Turkish forces and their proxies fired many rockets in the early hours of Friday morning, targeting the villages of Dada Abdal, Bab Al-Faraj and other villages in the countryside of Abu Rasin (Zarkan), north of Al-Hasakah.

The shelling caused material damage to civilian properties but no casualties have been reported.

It is noteworthy that most of the targeted villages’ residents have been displaced due to repeated shelling by Turkish forces and their proxies.

SOHR sources reported earlier this month that a family of four was injured as a result of shelling by Turkish forces and their proxies on Rabia’at village in rural Abu Rassin.

Turkish forces and their proxies also shelled Zarkan town and Muharmal village in rural Abu Rassin on that day. The shells hit civilian houses there but no casualties were reported.
