SOHR sources have reported that Turkish-backed factions arrested today 13 people from the village of Aluk in rural Al-Hasakeh, for accusing these factions of stealing their homes, and for refusing of the abuses by the factions against them. The factions released ten people while three others are still detained whose fate still unknown to date.

On April 17, SOHR activists reported that Turkish-backed factions arrested about 40 civilians from the village of Ahras on charges of being linked to SDF and behind yesterday’s car-bomb attack. Detainees were tortured by Turkish-backed factions in various ways.
