Turkish artillery fire hits regime positions in rural Aleppo

Syrian Observatory sources say that Turkish forces targeted regime positions in the western countryside of Aleppo with artillery, responding to the regime shelling on places in Kafr Ammah, Al-Qasr, Kafr Taal and the vicinity of Kafr Nouran in the western countryside of Aleppo.

SOHR sources have just reported that regime forces, stationed in the “46th regiment” in western Aleppo, targeted Kafr Ammah and Al-Qasr villages with heavy machineguns. They also shelled Kafr Taal village, west of Aleppo, with artillery.

For their part, opposition factions responded to the regime attacks with firing several rockets on regime positions in Kafr Halab and Mernaz in the western countryside of Aleppo.

Syrian Observatory activists monitored Russian reconnaissance drones flying heavily over the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur and frontlines in the eastern countryside of Idlib.
