Regime rockets hit positions south of Idlib, as Russian reconnaissance drones flying over the area

Syrian Observatory sources say that regime forces fired several rockets in the early hours of Thursday morning, targeting Al-Ftera area in Jabal Al-Zawiyah, amid exchange of fire with machineguns between regime forces and opposition factions in Fulayfel, south of Idlib. No casualties have been reported.

These violations comes on the 49th consecutive day of the new ceasefire in the “de-escalation zone”, while aerial bombardment by regime and Russian aircraft has been still suspended.

Meanwhile, SOHR activists have reported seeing Russian reconnaissance drones flying over the southern countryside of Idlib.

SOHR sources reported yesterday that regime forces fired several rockets on areas in Kansfra and Al-Ftera in Jabal Al-Zawiyah, along with the flight of reconnaissance drones over the “de-escalation zone”.

Also Turkish forces targeted regime positions in the western countryside of Aleppo with artillery.
