“National Army” command stops funding “Al-Rahman Corps” for refusing to send its fighters to Libya

Reliable sources have informed the Syrian Observatory that the command of the Turkish-backed “National Army” is still suspending funds presented to “Al-Rahman Corps”, whose fighters are from eastern Ghouta and Homs province.

According to SOHR sources, the Corps’ sources of funding have been blocked after dodging from responding to the National Army’s request, ordered by Turkey, regarding lists including names of fighters of “Al-Rahman Corps” to be sent for fighting in the side of the “Government of National Accord” in Libya.

As a result, the Turkish-backed “National Army” has stopped funding “Al-Rahman Corps” for nearly two months and reduced amounts of food and ammunition allocated for the Corps.

It is noteworthy that fighters of “Al-Rahman Corps” have left to Libya individually after being recruited by Turkey, since they were shipped with other mercenaries for fighting for Turkey’s interests there.
