Regime forces renew attacks on positions in rural Idlib and Aleppo as ceasefire enters its 52nd day
Regime forces fired several rockets in the early hours of Sunday morning, targeting positions nearby Hazarin, Sfuhen, Al-Bara, Banin and Al-Fterah in the southern countryside of Idlib. Regime forces also targeted places in Kafr Ammah, Kafr Taal and the vicinity of the 46th Regiment in the southern countryside of Aleppo with heavy machineguns. No casualties have reported.
These violations comes on the 52nd consecutive day of the new ceasefire in the “de-escalation zone”.
Yesterday, SOHR monitored rocket attacks by regime forces on places in Kansafra, Al-Bara, Banin and Kafr Oweid in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Al-Ankawi in Sahl Al-Ghab, north-west of Hama. Regime forces also targeted places in Al-Nayrab in the eastern countryside of Idlib with heavy machineguns.
